1. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted as order processing begins immediately. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team with your order details.

Service Subscription Cancellations:

Subscription-based services may be canceled any time before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle, but the service will not renew at the next billing date.

2. Refund Policy

Product Refunds:

Refunds for products will be processed only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description provided.
  • A refund request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • To request a refund, contact customer support with details of the issue and any supporting documentation (such as photos).
  • Refunds will not be provided for any issues arising from misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications to the product.

Service Refunds:

Refunds for services are available under the following conditions:

  • For one-time services, a refund may be issued if the service was not delivered as described.
  • For subscription services, if a technical issue prevents you from using the service as intended, we will provide a prorated refund based on the unusable period. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the service start date.

Non-Refundable: Custom or personalized products and services are non-refundable. Fees for consultations, setup, and initial service charges are non-refundable once the service has commenced.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after approval, using the original payment method. In case of payment gateway delays, processing time may vary slightly. Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
